How do you handle shipping and packaging for international orders?
We use shockproof independent card boxes for single cards and carton outer packaging for bulk goods to prevent scratches and breakage during transit. We can arrange sea freight, air freight and express delivery as per customers’ logistics demands, and provide complete export documents.
What payment terms do you accept for overseas orders?
We accept T/T wire transfer, L/C for large bulk orders. A certain percentage deposit is required before production, and the balance shall be settled before shipment. Flexible terms can be negotiated for long-term cooperative clients.
Can you embed chips, magnetic strips and NFC chips on custom metal/ceramic cards?
Yes. We support embedding contact chips, magnetic stripe, NFC contactless chips for bank cards, membership cards, access control cards and gift cards. All chip installation is strictly tested to avoid signal shielding issues.
Are custom ceramic and metal cards more durable than regular plastic bank cards?
Absolutely. Metal cards resist bending, scratching and wear; ceramic cards are waterproof, anti-corrosion and fade-proof. Both have far longer service life than ordinary plastic cards for high-end membership, banking and VIP scenarios.
What surface finishes are available for metal and ceramic cards?
For metal cards: brushed, mirror polished, matte, gold/silver/rose gold plating, laser engraving.
For ceramic cards: matte glaze, bright glaze, color printing, frosted texture, carved decoration.
How long is your production lead time after confirming artwork and deposit?
Sample production takes 3–7 working days. Mass production lead time ranges from 7–15 working days, subject to order quantity and complex customization processes like engraving, plating and ceramic firing.
